Dynamic Assembly Machines Anlagenbau GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “DAM”) under www.d-a-m.cc operates a website to present and advertise DAM’s range of goods and services, to contact DAM and to present current job offers, including the possibility of sending applications for advertised job offers by e-mail.

When using our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that the browser you use transmits to the server we use. The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR (protection of legitimate interests, as without the described use of data we are not able to operate our website in an appropriate, stable and system-safe manner and thus to make a corresponding external appearance).

In addition to the data stated in point 2., cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website and are used to collect and store information about you and your usage behavior in order to provide you with information that is tailored to your individual needs and relevant to you. However, if IP-anonymization is activated on this website, Google will shorten your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. 5.    Contact forms

When you contact us via the contact form installed on the website, the data you provide (first and last name, e-mail address, subject and content of your message) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context once the storage is no longer necessary, or limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfilment of contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures).

6.    Submission of applications for advertised vacancies

We also publish our current vacancies on our website. If you would like to apply for an advertised position, you can send us your application documents by e-mail to office@d-a-m.cc. Please note that we cannot know in advance what personal data you make available to us in the context of your application documents. Especially from a possible photo you can draw conclusions about your ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin colour, headgear, glasses). Therefore, please only provide us with information in the context of your application that is usually necessary in the context of an application process.

We process the data you provide as part of your application for the duration of the application process and for six months after the end of the month in which your application was rejected. The six-month retention period results from the defence against possible claims asserted under the Equal Treatment Act. Beyond that we process your applicant data only on the basis of a separate, explicit and informed consent.

The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfilment: implementation of an application procedure) and Art. 6 par. 1 lit. c and f GDPR (fulfilment of legal requirements and protection of legitimate interests: Equal Treatment Act).

7.    Withdrawal of consent

If we process your personal data with your consent, you can withdraw your declaration of consent at any time by e-mail (office@d-a-m.cc) or letter (Gutmann Straße 1, A-8200 Gleisdorf) to DAM – Dynamic Assembly Machines Anlagenbau GmbH. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data based on the consent until revocation.

To secure the data we process, taking into account the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing as well as the different probability of occurrence and severity of risks to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we use appropriate technical and organisational measures that are always adapted to the current state of the art in order to ensure that the data processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR (in particular Art. 32).
